    I would suggest trying (worldwide OR international OR global) AND (Media OR communication OR recreation) AND (internet OR web. There are a lot of moving parts and you might need to simplify or adjust your words with truncation to capture all your topics. Pay attention to the subject headings in your results that seem most promising so you can revise your search statement if necessary.
